A flurry of small white flakes, too soft to be hail, fell from the sky; at first, I thought it was ash from some catastrophe or something, but then, some ancestral memory awoke and I realised that that what I was seeing was snow. Well, almost snow; it never reached the critical mass of covering anything, and within an instant of hitting the ground, each flake turned to water, essentially making it somewhat fancy rain.
I noticed. I went out to get some photos, though they didn't show up well enough to add to my galleries.
I'm working in Holland Park, not far from Notting Hill; catching up would be good.
Btw, are you doing anything tomorrow night? If not, do you fancy going to see Schmoof?
Thursday or Friday could be good.
Thursday evening, there's a shoegazer night named Sonic Cathedral at Legion near Old St. I think Emma Anderson from Lush/Sing Sing may be appearing in some capacity. Are you interested in going to that?
Yes, let's do that! My number is 07867 992 390 if you don't have it already: I don't have internet or mobile access where I'm working at though (damn graphic dept is in the basement!). I'll be moving nearer to you on the weekend: Belsize Park will be my local tube station. Solubrious? I think so.
