The Processed

I just got my hands on a copy of an unreleased album of dance/IDM remixes of Ninetynine songs. I'm serious; it's titled The Processed and consists of versions of tracks from The Process, all remixed by one guy. They vary from interesting to excellent. Apparently it's probably going to remain unreleased, as Trifekta aren't interested in it, which is a bit of a pity. I'll probably spin it in upcoming DJ sets (the next one being most probably this Friday evening at Good Morning Captain).

A track-by-track review of The Processed will be posted somewhere on the web shortly has been posted here.

So tired

I went along to the Rob Roy this evening checking out Jen and Tom (formerly) of I Panic's solo gigs. They were quite good; Tom did a very ironic cover of Bananarama's Love In The First Degree, and Jen's solo set was also somewhat provocative in places.

I didn't stay to see their new band (Folding For Air) play, as I was feeling a bit too tired. Not having had anything to eat probably contributed.
